Yes! We offer full channel list customization to match your exact preferences. You can select the country and language you want—so if you’re in the USA, we can keep only U.S. channels and English-language movies and TV shows. This personalized setup gives you faster navigation, a cleaner interface, reduced server load, and a smoother, buffer-free streaming experience tailored just for you.

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email:

Your subscription starts as soon as we send your activation credentials by email/WhatsApp. From there you can start streaming immediately.

It depends on the number of connections in your plan. Standard plans start at 1 simultaneous connection. You can upgrade to up to 3 simultaneous connections from your plan selection. Each device needs its own connection slot.

Yes. One account works on one device at a time.

To move it safely and avoid freezing:
1• Log out on the current device.
2• Wait 1–2 minutes for the session to clear.
3• Sign in on the new device.

Note: Using the same account on two devices at once will cause conflicts and can lead to freezing.

Each account is optimized for a single active device.
If you want to watch on two devices at the same time, the 2-device plan gives you two separate logins, one per device for smooth, stable streaming.

This is usually caused by bank restrictions. Try the following:

• Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
• Try a different card.
• Use PayPal — this has the highest success rate and you can checkout as a guest without a PayPal account.

Yes, we recommend it. Some ISPs throttle IPTV traffic, which can cause buffering. A VPN prevents this and protects your privacy. Make sure your VPN is connected before opening any IPTV app.
