What’s inside: you will be given the necessary credentials to log in (Username, Password and port URL). In this way, you understand that the payment has been made and you have received the requested service.
Can I switch my purchased account between devices?
Yes. One account works on one device at a time.

To move it safely and avoid freezing:
1• Log out on the current device.
2• Wait 1–2 minutes for the session to clear.
3• Sign in on the new device.

Note: Using the same account on two devices at once will cause conflicts and can lead to freezing.
Why should I purchase the 2-device plan?
Each account is optimized for a single active device.
If you want to watch on two devices at the same time, the 2-device plan gives you two separate logins, one per device for smooth, stable streaming.

• One account per device = best stability.
• Two devices at once = choose the 2-device plan.
How long does it take to receive my credentials after payment?
Usually 5–20 minutes, please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
During peak times it may take longer (rarely up to 8 hours), we’ll message you as soon as your account is ready.
When does my subscription become active?
Your subscription starts as soon as we send your activation credentials by email/WhatsApp. From there you can start streaming immediately.
Can’t find my credentials after payment?
Check Spam/Junk (and Gmail Promotions) and whitelist our address. lf you don’t receive immediately, you don’t need to worry because the email will come to you eventually.
