🔁 How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour (60 minutes) of placing it by using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. Scroll to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the steps shown.
If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email us: contact@installiptv.com. We’ll do our best to assist with an alternative solution.
🛑 I accidentally canceled my order — can I resume it?
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be resumed. If you still wish to receive the service, please place a new order on the website.

📩 I canceled my order but didn’t receive a confirmation.
If you canceled using the link in your confirmation email, a cancellation confirmation should arrive shortly after. If you haven’t received it, contact us at contact@installiptv.com and include your original order number so we can check it for you.
🚫 I don’t see a cancel option — how can I cancel?
If your order includes a gift card or the self-cancellation option is unavailable, please reach out immediately: contact@installiptv.com. Include your order number and the details of your cancellation or change request.
