After Activation

Once an order is confirmed and the account is issued and activated, we do not offer returns or refunds. IPTV access codes are single-use and cannot be resold.

12-Month Guarantee

Products include a 12-month guarantee. During this period, iNSTALLiPTV will replace or refund any product defect or malfunction caused by the product’s producer.

Non-Delivery

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.

Incorrect Product or Not Activated

  • If you received an incorrect product, a refund or replacement is available.
  • If the key/code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is available.

Activation Issues (Within 48 Hours)

If the key/code cannot be activated for any unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase; a refund or replacement is possible.

Support & Eligibility for Refund

If you experience difficulties with your product, contact our support team first with a clear description of the issue and supporting screenshots or photos (from your device/camera) so we can properly assess the situation. Our technicians will assist with installation and activation.

Your order becomes eligible for a refund only in the rare circumstance that our support staff cannot resolve the problem.
