Product Guarantees & Refunds
The following terms apply to purchases made from iNSTALLiPTV. Please review them carefully before and after placing an order.
After Activation
Once an order is confirmed and the account is issued and activated, we do not offer returns or refunds. IPTV access codes are single-use and cannot be resold.
12-Month Guarantee
Products include a 12-month guarantee. During this period, iNSTALLiPTV will replace or refund any product defect or malfunction caused by the productβs producer.
Non-Delivery
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.
Incorrect Product or Not Activated
- If you received an incorrect product, a refund or replacement is available.
- If the key/code has not been activated, a refund or replacement is available.
Activation Issues (Within 48 Hours)
If the key/code cannot be activated for any unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase; a refund or replacement is possible.
Support & Eligibility for Refund
If you experience difficulties with your product, contact our support team first with a clear description of the issue and supporting screenshots or photos (from your device/camera) so we can properly assess the situation. Our technicians will assist with installation and activation.
Your order becomes eligible for a refund only in the rare circumstance that our support staff cannot resolve the problem.
