5) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iNSTALLiPTV, our partners, and their respective employees, directors, shareholders, agents, consultants, contractors, and licensees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Site or its Content, including without limitation your violation of these Terms. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification; you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
6) Monitoring Content
iNSTALLiPTV may, but is not obligated to, monitor Site content (including chat rooms and forums) to determine compliance with these Terms and with any operating rules, and to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request. We may, in our sole discretion, edit, refuse to post, or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Site without your permission, including materials we deem to violate these Terms or otherwise be objectionable. We are not responsible for content posted by you or any user on any forum, and reliance on such content is at your sole risk.
7) Local Laws
If you access the Site from any location other than Panama, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws. iNSTALLiPTV makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Panama; accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama and the federal laws of Panama applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You expressly agree that any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought only in the courts of Panama (or the Federal Court of Panama, if applicable), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts for purposes of litigating any such claim or action.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between iNSTALLiPTV and you with respect to the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals related to the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You agree to use the Site only for authorized, lawful activities. iNSTALLiPTV may, in its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
